Welcome to the Office of Risk Management Insurance Programs.
Risk Management Insurance Programs provides service to SIU Carbondale (SIUC), including the School of Medicine in Springfield, and SIU Edwardsville (SIUE), encompassing the East St. Louis Center and the School of Dental Medicine in Alton.
Risk Management Insurance Programs' goal is to assist the campuses in cost effectively protecting the reputation and resources of the University through sound risk management advice and practices.
We are responsible for managing the Self-Insurance Program (SIP), purchasing commercial insurance, and assisting all campuses with their insurance needs.
